The Windy City Smokers Competition BBQ Team was founded in 2006 by Tim Clendenning, a lifetime appreciator of delicious BBQ, and his wife Heather. Tim has since turned his passion into award-winning recipes and techniques for some of the tastiest BBQ in the Chicago area. Each year, Windy City Smokers travel throughout the Midwest serving down-home slow-smoked BBQ and competing with top BBQ aficionados. Having received some of the highest awards and recognition given on the professional BBQ circuit, the Clendennings decided to bring their delicious creations to catering customers in Chicago. Now you can serve your guests the highest quality of BBQ and homemade sides at your next event.
